Overview
Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It binds to GHRH receptors in the anterior pituitary, which may support the natural pulsatile release of endogenous growth hormone. Because the body's own feedback systems remain intact, sermorelin is often used in protocols where GH-axis support is desired without administering exogenous HGH directly.
