Terms of Service
The master agreement governing use of endlessmale.com and the Endless Male platform: eligibility (18+, US residents in served states), account responsibilities, acceptable use, purchases and payment terms, the relationship between Endless Male Health Inc. and its affiliated medical groups and pharmacies, limitations of liability, dispute resolution and arbitration, and modification terms.
The medical group relationship
Endless Male Health Inc. provides the technology platform. Medical care is delivered by independent US-licensed physicians and medical groups; pharmacy services by licensed US pharmacies. The platform never practices medicine.
Privacy Policy
What personal information we collect on the marketing site and platform (account, contact, device, usage, and payment data), how we use it (service delivery, safety, legal compliance, product improvement), who we share it with (service providers under contract, medical group and pharmacy partners as needed for care, never data brokers), retention periods, and your rights under applicable state law — access, correction, deletion, portability, and opt-out.
Protected health information is governed separately and more strictly under the Notice of Privacy Practices.

How the affiliated medical groups may use and disclose your protected health information (PHI) for treatment, payment, and health-care operations; the uses that require your written authorization (including marketing and most data sharing); your HIPAA rights — to access and receive copies of your records, request amendments, request restrictions, receive an accounting of disclosures, and file complaints with the practice or the HHS Office for Civil Rights — and how to exercise each. Provided at first service and acknowledged in the portal.
Telehealth Informed Consent
Consent to receive care via telehealth: the nature and limits of remote care, technologies used, the right to decline or discontinue telehealth at any time, when in-person referral is required, emergency limitations (telehealth is never for emergencies — call 911), state-specific provisions and complaint procedures, and how your visit records are stored. Accepted during intake in the secure portal, before any clinical questions.
Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Disclosures required by state consumer-health-data laws (including Washington's My Health My Data Act, Nevada SB 370, and the Connecticut Data Privacy Act): the categories of consumer health data collected, sources, purposes, sharing, retention, and the rights of access, deletion, and withdrawal of consent — plus how to exercise them without discrimination.
Your Privacy Choices
The controls: opt out of sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising (CCPA/CPRA and equivalent state laws), limit use of sensitive personal information, global privacy control (GPC) honoring, and authorized-agent requests. We do not sell personal information; this page is where that promise is enforceable.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Terms
Subscriptions and protocol memberships renew automatically at the disclosed price and cadence. Before every charge: the amount, the date, and the cancellation path are visible in your portal. Cancel online in two taps — Portal → Orders → Manage → Cancel — effective before your next renewal, with email confirmation. Protocol memberships carry a three-month initial term, disclosed at checkout. Compliant with California's click-to-cancel requirements and the FTC negative-option rule.

Endless Male targets WCAG 2.1 AA across this site and the member portal: semantic structure, keyboard operability, visible focus, 4.5:1 text contrast, reduced-motion support, and 44px touch targets.
